Well actually, I heard him give his rational, but not sure
if I'm buying it. He was talking bullish about them several
weeks ago on cnbc as well.

He often comes up with some good value oriented ideas, but
then again, everyone has some misses as well.

Housing does seem like it's had a bubble element build into
it.
and we're even seeing greater deterioration, as we speak:

13:15 ET U.S. Homebuilders Index : U.S. Homebuilders' Index falls to 48 in October from from 56 in September; drop is largest in 16 years of records.

hhhmmmmm.
