I sure hope over these next weeks of incubation period that we don't end up with any surprises.

I am new around here, but the premise of your post is interesting.

Like many, I have also wondered what other "surprises" are in store for America. It became quite clear on 9.11 that we are dealing with a ruthless and very clever enemy.

It may be inconceivable for those of us without an innate tendency for evil to devise ways in which to terrorize whole populations, but...........I openly admit that I have come up with a few ideas of my own.

I don't know if it would be constructive or prudent to discuss such "thoughts?" I realize that there is a huge measure of distaste involved as well as fear. The whole idea is certainly politically incorrect. (disclosure: I have always thought that to be PC is to be like a wolf in sheep's clothing).

I do believe that the possibilities for terrorism are limited only by the confines of the human imagination.

I personally try to avoid such notions, but isn't it natural to try to second guess the enemy? Isn't it true that to do so guarantees survival? Shouldn't we get into the mind of the enemy to defeat the enemy?

I say yes!

I have an overwhelming desire to survive, so I will now allow my mind to go to places once reserved for those that live in the gutters of havoc.
