your supposed point about the lawsuit

Okay, my point was vague and hidden in news from days ago. Last month Bush & Co. made a big push through Congress to cover any life insurance type of coverage for the victims of the 9-11 terrorist events. This was to try and nullify the insurance industry reaction to his use of the words "warfare" to describe the deaths. Of course since this is Bush, the blunders just keep compounding themselves. Other claims are being made for compensation for lost business, or lost jobs, or frayed nerves which in all fairness were also caused by the terrorist action. Bush & Co. recognize that they put compassion (or kneejerk pandering) before thinking and now want to reign in the potential billions in losses suffered in the country. Instead of admitting their mistake they instead try to block the whole idea that compensation for terrorism is legal thereby getting the courts to play bad guy to cover up their avalanche of blunders. The hostages who have been working on their case for decades are the current victims. Eventually we will all be a victim of the Bush league.
