Greetings Surfbaron,

As an operator of gift stores with 30 couple employees I can appreciate your comments about Verizon staffing. But, having said that, it is still IMHO inexcusable that they are so uninformed about the technology that goes inside the pretty little plastic boxes called cell phones. My experience with this crosses many stops in many states. That is a real shame IMHO
