Didn't work out - capital markets generally, and the GEM specifically, deteriorated from right about the time of that post ... this delayed development in some ways but not in others - the company continued to work up the broker alliance network and made the US direct access site, acquired Global American as a US b/d foothold, etc - but the original plan of floating sharepaper at attractive prices to finance an aggressive marketing campaign to stimulate rapid client interest, this didn't happen, the opportunity to do so had passed

So now i think the question is - will client interest, and its accompanying revenue, build sufficiently fast enough to raise SEG to cash-flow positive before the money in the bank runs out?
