You may not like the consequences of your moral practicality, but they do indeed end up being very similar matters. How do you feel about killing children as a consequence of a misplaced bomb? Is that also a matter of being "practical"?

[Edit: I didn't see your other post. I do think that it is both the quantity and the ratio. How about 10 civilians for every Taliban : a more likely ratio.]
