Well put Dale. I couldn't agree with you more. I'm especially disgusted by all the hype surrounding these anthrax incidents. They have been a pathetic attempt at a follow through on the WTC, at best. Hell, they may not even be from Al Queda but by somebody who is using the war as an opportunity to do something they know Al Queda and Bin Laden will get the blame for. The idea of people hoarding Cipro in case they get infected is absurd but the media is playing right up to it and fueling the panic. I even had a friend of mine in LA call me the other day and ask me if I thought she should drive to Mexico and buy Cipro! The panic mentality in this country today is ludicrous. We may be the safest country on earth but I'd bet we're in the top ten for ignorance as well. If people made their children study more math and science, rather than getting their science "knowledge" from watching the SciFi channel, then perhaps we could spawn a generation of adults that actually know how to react intelligently to a potential threat.
