Back from Canada...and still a BEAR FWIW; political-correctness aside - the US/Canada border is a sive and you could load up bus loads of suspects if you were merely "profiling" the crowd standing in line at the various "Tim Horton's" all along Hwy 401 from Windsor to Hwy 416 leading up to Ottawa... Toronto at times looked like Kabul, or New Dehli...and literally "50%" of all of the security check personnel at the Toronto Airpport were wearing turbans.......welcome to the global, borderless new world order. There were both pro & anti-US demonstrations occuring...but, what is simply amazing; is why & how did so many people who hate all things USA/Western Culture, come here, or to Canada ? Canadian immigration is a joke and it's not exactly as if the Terrorists couldn't fly into South , or Central America and take the NAFTA-Drug Expressway thru Mexico into the USA at will. We're fooling ourselves if we do not militarize our borders - end of subject. Also; when you think about it... militarizing our borders will allow us to fight and win another war that has killed more people than Terrorists ever will: THE WAR ON DRUGS Why don't we give the same ultimatums to the Mexican & Colombian Drug cartels that we gave the Taliban ? The War on Drugs drains society more than Terrorism ever will. There are two Wars that can be fought & won simultaneously here imho...and we won't win one, without the other...because they both flourish because of the lack of border control... Militarize our borders - or this is just another deficit spending bottomless pit. Also; as I mentioned earlier... Saddam will soon surface as the real "Public Enemy #1" ...and we will see an Oil Supply disruption...and sadly; it now appears utterly naive to think we won't see a significant domestic biologic tragedy unfold on a when, not if basis... The market panic & economic reactions seen after the WTC tragedy were merely the opening act...not THE bottom...bank on it. The prop job done by the Fed and the ESF is very misleading here on where the will of the people was taking our not-so-free market fwiw. It should not go un-noticed that Cheney has virtually gone under-ground. Read all the global military/intelligence reports that you can and listen when top US officials say there is a 100% chance that we will see more major Terrorist incidents domestically. This Anthrax taunt is a raindrop in a storm of domestic incidents yet to come imo...sadly so. The elder Bush takes the blame... as we knew what Saddam was doing and we walked away to let the "Hitler/antiChrist" of this generation to re-arm & mobilize for a decade and biologic research was a primary component of his rearmament. If anyone thinks that in the last 4 weeks post the WTC; we've rounded up & cleaned up a decade of Saddams build up...they're insane. America is completely unprepared for what is to come imho... Shorts; Gold/silver; oils and cash....preparing for a very dark chapter in US history to unfold and to bring with it at least a sub Dow 6/7000 and a triple digit NAZ here.
