A few CC notes:

- Overall worry about weak economy and weak consumer confidence reason for approximate Q4 flat prediction. Products in great shape, all OEMs demand is there.

- P4 sales in Q3 were 4 (FOUR) times that of Q2.

- 845 fastest ramping Intel chipset ever.

- Flash sales were up a little. AMD expects down $100M, therefore believe gained market share (Andy B.) DUH!

- Believe gained 2% market share in CPUs vs. AMD (unless AMD totally gave them away in the quarter. Who knows on that one).

- Northwood on target to start shipping late Q4, launch in January. (not a slip in FCS).

- Sales not changed much after 9/11, actually up nicely in EU. Paul O. wondering if a lot of people finally decided they needed a computer to get on the Internet (been a theory of mine too. Physical safety of email another big plus for computers).

- No inventory problems at Intel or in channels, including PIII, which is being phased out. In fact, could have shipped more PIIIs if thy had them. Responded to Joe Osha on this!

- Xeon sales started moving up again.
