Briefing.com highlights: It was a pretty impressive day in the market, all things considered. Here's the bad news: 1) Earnings ... 2) Sept. Industrial Production and Capacity Utilization was weaker than expected... 3) anthrax scare on London Stock Exchange... 4) analysts are expecting bad news out of IBM and Intel ... Given all these negative factors, the gains in the Dow and the Nasdaq are impressive... Don't know about you but I'm buying something!!!
