That is a bizarre POV. IMO. If a reasonable expectation of accident is likely, how, exactly is that moral. So, if I kill an intruder in my apartment with a hand-grenade and shrapnel goes through the wall and kills my neighbor's kid (I know they are behind the wall), that's morally okay? Not in my book. Maybe you were justified in protecting yourself, but the killing still immoral because you really didn't exercise the due diligence I think you should have used. BTW, how many confirmed dead terrorists do we have now, three weeks into this campaign?
