Siemens does not have solution to win such key contract with GERMAN biggest carrier
This is a huge contract which should go to Siemens, German company. But did not b/c Siemens does not have core and edge IP over ATM platform, good management software and Siememens is excluded from reselling new 50/450 Gbit/s router switch , which comes from former Newbridge. Tell me what Siemens has ( I see nothing ). And right now migration of many layer into proven IP/ATM and class 4 and 5 voice switch into packet network is a very economical proposition for many vendors. 50 Gbit/s version has been great seller for near 1 1/2 year.
