ITE is under accumulation.

The bid hit 20.5 today. It was walked up from 18 cents (I think -no market debth ) a penny at a time.
Reasearch Capital is on the buy. CC has dipped in for a few as well. This is the third or fourth run into the low twenties I have seen in about six months. The others came up with nana.

What does someone at RC think he knows that the rest of us do not ? There is no question it is being quietly picked at .
