Hi Dan,

Thanks for your reply and pointers!

I called the company this morning, requested an investor packet, and posed to them the similar questions.

Here are their answers:

Lenox was established as a Canadian company seven or eight years ago but they are based in the U.S. They went public in 1990.

Their historic high in U.S. dollars was around 4.50 and the historic low in U.S. dollars was around 0.90. The average range is in the 2-3 dollar area. 90% of shareholders reside in the U.S.

It is a very small company at this point - 7 total employees. They have pretty much been in R&D mode up until recent months. They have 25 total patents (issued and pending). A profitable fiscal 96 is possible. They look for revenues around 1 million dollar for the year. They are very upbeat about 97 when certain royalties will start to kick in. They said things were starting to fall into place.

All in all, I feel pretty good about putting money into Lenox in the near term, perhaps after I read more about them when I get the investor packet.

Regards,

Kit
