Hi Will,

Will T. and I have been discussing that off the threads. It doesn't look like GGNS will be a leader in the ALD market given that AMAT is Microsoftian, but if there is a niche market GGNS's technological lead may give them enough exposure to do well. I may just stick with CVV for the niche CVD market although I don't think they do any ALD. Hopefully MKSI would be a good play, though. They just released earnings (or lack thereof <g>):
