And the average Afghani, of course, has the ability to catch Bin Laden and hand him over? I ROFL at your naivete.

I doubt Bin laden is even in the country any more. Our "intelligence" is a bit lacking. Many of the Taliban, you may know, deserted at once- in the waiting period before we attacked and they are now mingling in Pakistan refugee camps with legitimate refugees.
