On conference call, cites four factors for revenue shortfall: global economy, events of Sept. 11, price competition, and execution... doesn't believe it has suffered any real loss of market share as a lot of business has just disappeared due to the economic environment... believes its restructuring efforts should bring its break-even point down to $6 bln in annual revenues.
