Hawk, yesternight, I watched a CNN interview of Wali Shah "Massoud", the brother of late Ahmad Shah Massoud... the guy was introduced by CNN anchorman Mann as Afghanistan's charge d'affaires in London... I watched Wali carefully, the first question, as you might expect, was about his late brother and his tragic death... So I watched Wali's body language, noticed his uneasiness about the issue --it's pretty difficult to talk bilge about one's OWN BROTHER's death, after all... So I was carefully waiting to glimpse the slightest sign that would betray Wali's feelings.

Well, all in all, I SENSED that Wali concealed the truth about his brother's assassination... from the way he wriggled about on his chair, and then, he somehow blurted it out when he acknowledged the official version of "suicide/fake journalists" but added that "the investigation was still ongoing and that definitive conclusions about Massoud's murder had yet to be ascertained".

Next, there're the rumors about Massoud's successor, former NA Foreign Minister Abdullah Abdullah dubbed "the mole" by some Pashtun representatives...

Gus.
