Open the shooting gallery, and dump Hell's Angels on them. While Iraq's Republican Guard was no match for the US Army's Vll Corps, I think it would not face too much difficulty with the Hell's Angels. If you are talking about a campaign of infiltration and assassination I'm not sure that the Hell's Angels or any similar group is trained for it, and they would probably stand out and be noticeable in Iraq or Syria or Iran, and even more so in Afghanistan.
