What's the need for such a stupid blind weapon, even if it is conceivable, which I doubt, as we have 99.99 etc same genes as monkeys, imagine how close are Arabs and Jews. Now what do you do with the Druse people, or those that married from both semitic religions, etc ? This pseudo weapon is not only as insane as your theory, it is even more stupid than the Sodom blast. A Saddam blast is more than enough. Probably underway within weeks.
