Explain, please, why this stock falls instead of rises when it should definitely rise AND THEN rises for no seemingly good reason at all.

I have a problem with a company that has such little control of its stock as far as the shorter is concerned.

Make no mistake, I actually believe this stock will hit about 20 soon, but I think the ride would be over for me unless I received greater assurance that the company had a bit better handle on its future.
As they say, something is rotten in Denmark....or is that DHMG???
