Hi Chip,

I think both charts have valid counts--however I lean more to the second one.

However--like the Dow--I think it is possible the NDX is still in an extended wave three--perhaps completing the fifth now.......

Until the MACD drops below the zeroline on the 65' chart--I don't think wave four of the impulse off the low is complete:
