I was going to correct you on the C-130, but I see someone else beat me to it. I was an avionics technician for a C-130A for 3 years in the Nav. Ours was modified to carry air-launch target drones. I was certified on those too. Fun stuff - jet powered remote control aircraft.

Sure seems like a ground war when you bring in those babies (the C-130s). You can pound the sh!t out of something with one of those gunships.

Still, where are the intelligence reports? Sounds like everybody who could walk, run or crawl has left town. SO, what exactly are we pounding the sh!t out of? Got me.

C-130 is a big slow bird with limited range. You can't really dodge a missile with those, but it appears that the military capability of Afghanistan is nil.

When you turn on the light, the cockroaches scramble, and disappear. That doesn't mean as soon as the lights go off that they DON'T come out to party.
