Your use of the word 'deserve' would seem to indicate a predilection in viewing the world through envy-colored green glasses, as well as a tendency to want to control it.
Everything you bring out is, at best, an argument to eliminate the income tax, of all flavors, completely. When the Federal Government imposes a massive and involuntary tyrannical income tax system on everyone, it hardly seems appropriate to complain that people then act to mitigate its effects to the small extent that they can do so.
