I think i agree. Are folks outside of NYC/DC as edgy as we are here? Market is certainly feeling it today. My customers tell me that tech spending will certainly resume sooner rather than later with planning for 2002 starting as early as next month. One guy told me we will need new systems next year, if we aren't all dead by then. So what we need is a quick outcome of this first stage in Afghanistan and containment of the domestic threat. If that happens the market will skip over bad news of the next quarter or two. Mike@maudlin.com
