Again, I'm operating from the POV of an individual tax payer, and percieve this elimination of corporate income taxes as a shift in the burden from the haves to myself. I think if we looked at where the tax dollars come from, corporate taxes would rank low compared to income and ss taxes.

You might say I'm the missonary in the stew pot, arguing that the natives shouldn't embrace natural gas fired stoves proposed by the cargo gods over traditional wood fired cooking.

As far as a solution, I had none to present. I would think that if we eliminated corporate taxes, we could do so by removing the differential rate on retained earnings and taxing all coporate income in a pass through fashion. I doubt corporate america would appreciate that.
