As I recall, the bombing of the Marine barracks in Lebanon with over 200 lives lost, occurred on Reagan's watch. What did we do? We pulled out. Whenever Clinton tried to do something to combat terrorism, the Limbaugh crowd screamed bloody murder, saying it was only Wag the Dog stuff. And if the right wingers had had their way, Milosivic would still be commiting genocide. Crap, I don't want to be seen defending Clinton, because he screwed up in so many ways, but plenty of examples of failures to do the correct thing or be effective in combating terrorism can be laid at pres's feet, both Dem, and Rep.
