Sir, Great post. Guess I am confused by those who express such angst that war is not perfect justice. It seems their repeated admonitions (since Munich?) about moderation, etc., allowed Iraq's leader to persist in causing problems and death. Failure of Munich was, perhaps, 30 million dead on the Eastern Front. What is/would be the cost of no military actions?
