I expect some upgrades by analysts soon after this news. There are great profit margins in this business. Who is that finacial wiz who took over ADT? Giving ALRM the confidence of the consumer, the convemience of deal w SW Bell, the "must pay" the phone bill attitude, this will give ALRM nice smooth and predictable earnings that will add greatly to investors' confidence.
