Looks like it was released accidentally. If they were going to announce early, they would have halted the stock *PRIOR* to releasing results. (i.e., SEBL halted for News Pending)

I bet what happened is that somebody accidentally released the number, so in response, they halted the stock.

Look for heads to roll at Siebel on this one.
