Christians must accept Jesus as their Messiah/Savior (ask Emile for the deatils, since he is Christian and articulate about it ). Islam and Judaism are different. There are rules! If an Arab does not observe the tenets of Islam, they are not Moslems, if they do not accept Jesus as their Messiah, they are not Christians. Christianity has lower overhead, which may account for it's popularity. IMHO Ethnicity is culture.
