Of all the events of the recent past or this petition?

Seriously .. if California was able to reduce energy use through conservation, I am sure that oil imports could be substantially reduced. OPEC will have to contend with
your well stated initiatives. Ultimatly this type of a grass roots approach could have a substantial impact.
