Analysts of Triarc like the acquisition (and why wouldn't they?)

No kidding. They are getting the co. at a more than a 12.5% discount to market, as opposed to a premium that one normally sees.

Based on that news, one would think that TRY shares would have gone up, based on their good fortune. That they went down a) hurts DRNK's shareholders even more; and b) is pretty odd in light of that the more that TRY's stock dumps, the more cheaply its shareholders get a bargain. Anybody else question this? Does the SEC question such things when approving megers?
