This is good news, IMO. The sellers are nuts:

17:42 ET Texas Instruments (TXN) 29.91 -1.58: -- Update -- TI's overall book-to-bill for semiconductors continued to rise sequentially, and its DSP book-to-bill exceeded one for the second consecutive quarter. DSP revenue was up 10% sequentially and orders were up 11% sequentially. Orders for high-performance Analog have "turned the corner" and increased 10% sequentially. It appears to the company that Q3 will mark the bottom for orders, and the floor for revenue should be set in Q4...stock at -1.91 vs 4 pm close.
