Hi John:

See my previous post to Ted. From the cc I'd say they will still have operational problems and if management won't comment on break even I won't have the #'s to begin to guess. They need to be able to show revenue growth and break even / profitability to get back street sponsorship. Sponsorship is not happening in near term & company will not give guidance to profitability (sounded to me like using 180 of the 350 in cash thru next y/e).

I would like to know what the sales break even level is with the new expense target levels. I see revenues down sequentially next Q (mgmt said flat, but then we carve out what is "discontinued"). Of course they indicated this quarter flat with last quarter in july call. Makes me assume the announced cuts, while bringing down the b/e point, is not enough to allign expenses with revenues.

I'm having problems with the #'s. discontinued ops still in #'s, license expense different GAAP to pro forma, DSO's @ 105 (I don't understand how service revenue runs a higher dso, they need to change billing on this), outstanding shares for the 4th qtr still jumping (I assume its the new options).

License revenue down 86% from last year.

I don't think we see a bottom until hoffman and insiders start to buy (the director in aug doesn't count).
