What you linked to is the judge who made the original decision to dismiss the case on jurisdictional grounds deciding not to reconsider her original decision. Which, incidentally, is what happens 95% of the time (judges rarely reverse themselves). And, just to be perfectly clear, ASTN didn't "LOSE" the suit, it was dismissed on a jurisdictional motion and can be refiled in a proper jurisdiction.

They can still appeal to an appellate court in PA, or refile the suit in California (though, personally, I doubt they will file suit in California, and, difficult as this may be for you to believe, I was never in favor of them pursuing a civil suit against you in the first place). Or they can let it drop. Matters not to me.
