Clinton let the taliban know one hour before he launched the Monica Missiles. Tough to kill someone with an hours warning. Clinton made Arafat wait while he (Clinton) got head. Arafat lost face. Brilliant. Bush has always called for a separate country which is what Palestine wants. Clinton never did.
