1. Get interns in monkey suits using robots in bunkers to open all mail. Replace often.

2. Do NOT Inhale.

3. Move constituency Office to cave in Leadville Idaho.

4. Put a picture of Yasser Arafat on bumper sticker on staff car with a slogan "We give to the Red Crescent Society."

5. Wear a Fez or a Burnoose.

6. Say "Salaam Walaykim" instead of hello.

7. Be overheard saying "Tony who?" And "what war in the Middle East?"

8. Dress like a wino and push a broom to your staff office.

9. Eat out of cans from random supermarkets.

10. Change itinerary every ten minutes.

11. Answer all calls with "When brother ------ finishes his prayers he will return your call, praise Allah."

12. When your name is heard do not look up.

13. Profess not to know what the tenets of American policy in the middle east are but say you believe strongly that the senate subcommittee on Arab-Aamerican relations should have these under review at the earliest possible opportunity.
