Hi Tim, I also listened to the conference call, it was
pretty low key, what with revs guided flat the next 2 Q's
and they have now backed off on Q2 of 2002 for a break even
date.

the cash burn was pretty healthy this Q... I believe 110 million.... they are saying that it will be 60 million in
Q 4 and then 30 million in the Quarters after that.

It did come out in the Q & A that the company had to
surpass hurdles of some sort, either volume, or tranaction
dollar totals or some other levels before CMRC will see any
transaction revenue from exchanges such as Covisant.

I find it interesting that the word Covisant never was
mentioned at all. It was also interesting that there was
not a question in the Q & A about Covisant, even as a
component of a multiple item question.

they only had 19 new clients compared to 33 the previous
quarter and licensing rev was down quite a bit.... down to
17 million.

10 mill of revs from Maintenance

40 mill of revs from consulting

14 million from network services

17 mill from licensing.

86% of the license reves were domestic and 14% were
international while total revenues were 80% earned in the
US and 20% internationally.

what I found interesting is that they said they would have
288,000,000 shares outstanding on average in Q4. As soon
as I heard that I was thinking that would be a 900 million
market capitalization at 3.00 a share. Obviously the market
cap. has not been that large at that price.

When I look up shares outstanding I'm seeing 197 million.

host.wallstreetcity.com;

anyway, I'd like to get a better handle on the issue.
