I still like the idea put forward by a lawyer friend. Take him to an undisclosed location & give him a sex change operation & full found of hormones then return him. Seen how they treat women?

I don't think I could hand him over in any form resembling whole. Something very slow & ugly - that's the ticket. Something that would demoralize all who follow him. Anyone can be broken to tears or worse - at the hands of skilled operatives.
