Wrong
I support military action when it makes sense.
I do not see good objectives being met by this. I see us either withdrawing, and leaving a big mess that will fester again, OR we get a situation that we will be enmeshed in forever. I don't like either of those scenarios. I don't think this was well thought out, and I don't see a winning path out of this mess. I wish I did. I hope there is one, but I do not see it. And our leaders don't see one either, because they sure as heck are not articulating their long range plans. IMO they've no idea what they are doing. They don't know what "winning" is in this "war".

I supported defending Kuwait, militarily. Whenever a nation obviously attacks another, I support the United States in defending that country, in partnership with the world community. Even if I do not approve of the government of the defended nation, I support that, because respect for the autonomy of nations is one of the things I think most important to world stability. However, going after Sadam I did not support. Once the Iraqis had withdrawn, our mission should have been over (imo).
