As of right now, this is not true. OpenWave will have to pay a shit load of money for InfoSpace. You have to ask yourself, is Software.com really enough to save Phone.com from going out of business? It looks good right now because WAP is still prevalent, but will this last long? When WAP's troubles truly come to fruition you watch for yourselves what happens to OPWV stock. Meanwhile, InfoSpace is building the ultimate global infrastructure platform which is agnostic to every technology and ALREADY integrated into nearly 100% of the US wireless carriers. The holdouts will conform or become like what Apple became to Microsoft ten years ago. It will not stop with wireless carriers because to think global communication, interaction, transactions and so forth will only happen through wireless devices is naive. Companies like NTT DoCoMo and Openwave will need InfoSpace in order to survive and prosper in an ever changing world, because of our deeply rooted integration into the major carriers wireless web platform and agnostic technology, which will include broadband, all aspects of the internet (look at our internet audience reach - something else the analysts have amazingly forgotten! The fact that our invisible branding strategy allows companies like Cingular and ATT and every other major carrier using Infospace to garner astronomical profits over the years ahead is because of the complex business strategy we've developed with these companies from promotions to multi-lingual business needs around the globe which will become a massive driving force in global technology going forward. The analysts are too naive to understand any of this because they don't do what they are supposed to do. The foundation for growth is what was being established this last year, like the launch pad that needs to be built for the Rocket Ship about to take off. We've build a bullet proof rocket ship that even the most malevolant analysts or journalists will not be able to destroy. When the current analysts have moved on (and they will) the new analysts will understand our business model. Infospace is building the core technology for communication, transactions and integrations anytime, anywhere. Infospace in every space will be more than something you just hear about as you are using our speach recognition in your car. In fact, the truth is, you probably wont hear about it, unless you are a shareholder calculating your enormous gains each month in the years ahead. We are the brand behind the brand, allowing the brands who use our technology to promote themselves and prosper from it. Unfortunately, as you've noticed lately, analysts are proving to be the dumb lemmings they always were, and the new analysts will begin upgrading Infospace probably not until we are making a billion a quarter, but it will be new analysts who maybe haven't sold their soul for the firms they work at and thus give a more truthful reflection of Infospace's business model to the world. As for the nonsense about management leaving, again this silliness is being written by people on the outside speculating as to what is what. If you're a true long term investor in INSP you should be relieved at this major restructuring move:

Arun Sarin - couldn't deliver what was needed for this high growth company. He was fantastic but could not commit what was necessary, but will still be much more of an asset to InfoSpace than the current analysts and journalists are promoting. He is no where out of the picture like some are saying. Not even close. He will be able to do what he was doing but in a way that is more leisurely for him, which does not and did not warrant a CEO position.

Russ Horowitz - At InfoSpace it's one vision, one InfoSpace, and contributions must channel into the trajectory of growth to acheive our timeline of goals, but he added great value to the company.

My friends in India would like to buy most of the shares outstanding in INSP.

I will no longer be posting on the INSP message board but I would like to make one last comment - there is far too much emphasis in InfoSpace discussions being placed on ecoupons etc, this is only one small component of the vast InfoSpace business model and by continuously just focusing on this you are doing yourself an injustice. It is the InfoSpace business model which will generate the kind of revenues InfoSpace is capable of acheiving in the years to come. Also learn and understand how the vast InfoSpace model synergistically creates a whole much greater and more powerful than the sum of its parts. As investors in INSP it is your job to be thorough in your knowledge and understanding of InfoSpace. InfoSpace grew it's wireless subscribers to 2 million last quarter even during a weak economy so again it is best to parallel that growth with the overall business model to determine the growth of InfoSpace as the wireless industry evolves. Understand the big picture to understand the enormous revenues and powerful bottom line growth capable in InfoSpace going forward. I will leave it at that. I also feel that my user ID will soon no longer be valid as it is my opinion the bear market is now over and the economy has begun its recovery. I wish INSP investors all the best. I feel this is the best company to be invested in of any company in the world and feel this is the ground floor of what will become a behemoth much greater than any company which currently exists. But that is only my opinion and of course I am biased. Also just to reiterate as some have speculated, I am NOT Naveen Jain - he is a million times smarter than me and is the genius who is leading the InfoSpace crusade to the promised land. I have complete faith and trust in Naveen Jain! He is probably one the most intelligent men on this earth. Also I am NOT an insider as some have suggested. If I was I wouldn't be posting on this message board. I am simply a person who understands the wireless industry, probably better than most, and especially understands how InfoSpace's business model dynamically fits into it unlike anything else I have studied or seen. I am also aware of Naveen's brilliant understanding of what it takes to program the ultimate technologies to create the ultimate wireless and mobile experience not only for the consumers, but for all the carriers around the globe using the InfoSpace wireless platform. He's already doing it. What he learned as a top programmer at Microsoft didn't hurt either. After all, he learned from the best :)

I urge all investors to thoroughly study the InfoSpace strategy and business model because I have yet to see anyone here discuss it thoroughly. Goodnight. And remember...
