Don't think so, Jim ... Why do you think each process generation shrinks
the poly linewidth, thins the gate oxide, and lowers the voltage. Let
me give you a hint, it isn't to keep the same operating speed. <ggg>
Performance, power and circuit density are always at the forefront for
technologists in process development ... Give me a "break".
