That strategy and a few billion bucks will make a lot of "shrewd" investors. Sounds like that old Steve Martin advice of how to become a millionaire. First, start with a million bucks, then..... the Prince's remarks about US foreign policy being partly to blame were totally out of line. I guess the prince was referring to the foreign policy where we liberated Kuwait and saved his sorry butt in Saudi Arabia. Respect for Saudi royals has diminished to low levels. Great wealth with character is greatness, great wealth without character is just money. Gulliani has shown greatness as a leader. HH
