very complicated, way beyond my pea brain to figure out.
Here is the changes I see happening.

No packages or letters will be able to be dropped off at the corner mail box anymore. Every item sent will have to be tag from where is was mailed. All post offices and mail rooms will have closed ventilation systems, maybe scrubbers to clean the air. Maybe mail will be sorted under vent hoods, like labs. All incoming mail will have to be tested in mass. All out going mail at post offices, large and small, will have to be tested. Post and mail room personnel will have to wear gloves and be tested, maybe daily. Also, ventilation systems will have to rethought, maybe forced air will die off, or separated systems so containment will be easier.
