Tommie Boy... I'm going to have to flunk you on that homework assignment if you can't find where International Law forbids a nation from occupying territory from which is was previously attacked.
I didn't ask you for UN resolutions on alleged Israeli "terrorism" (especially when they conveniently ommitted the provocations and attacks they responded to).
Btw, have you noted that there have been no UN resolutions against Israel since 1989??
Might that have something to do with the change of sentiment when Saddam decided to launch SCUD missiles at Tel Aviv, and the Israelis agreed to Oslo?
Btw, 3 of the last 5 were resolutions ASKING Israel to stop deportation of known Palestinian subversives and agitators from the West Bank. And quite a few others were requests to do certain things that Israel wasn't required to do. Furthermore, the UN asked Israel to halt settlements on the West Bank. Since they "asked", they were not in violation of the UN charter which dictates that all previous treaties and charters must be respected, in this case the British Mandate, which EXPRESSLY STATED that nothing should prevent Jews from being able to settle anywhere in the West Bank (west of the Jordan).
In fact, Jordan, during IT'S occupation of the west bank, made it a capital offense to sell land to a Jew, thus DIRECTLY AND GRIEVOUSLY VIOLATING the terms of the British Mandate, as well their obligations as a Military Occupier...
But with regard to Israel, they are a LEGITIMATE military occupier. And they have the right to maintain order and eject those persons not willing to abide by their military law.
Now show us what you've got Tommie boy... Put down the Chomsky and pick up your international law books and show us where is legally says that Israel is illegally occupying that territory.
