Kudlow's name is familiar for some reason, but AFAIK that programme's never made it to the UK.

I suspect news, current affairs and similar programs are the most parochial of any TV - they're inevitably geared hugely to their home audience. Even worldwide news channels show a strong bias - CNN International (which we get abroad rather than straight CNN) was about 50-60% US content, US sports etc. last time I watched, and the analysis was inevitably from a US viewpoint. Likewise, BBC Worldwide is very much for Brits. (Unlike, oddly, the BBC World Service radio, which is multilingual, localised in each broadcasting area, and has maybe 20% of content which is more than culturally British-interest).
