The MCDT call was not much better. There looks to be less pressure on price in the SAN switching area, but the break even guidance for next Q before a 2 cent dilution due to the current acquisition is nothing to write home about. Their burn rate seem high also. It can be be explained since they are ramping a new facility, but they need more new products to get going. Gross margin were not all that impressive for a tech company. They really need to diversify their customer base. 68 percent was EMC. Flat Q-Q. 14 percent IBM. Flat.

Are they really the only company with an edge to core SAN solutuon??
