hey - chill - dont take it personal... as for housing in California its just another example of how price doesnt matter i wanted to buy a house in my neighborhood when i was living in San Jose. was eyeing a fixer for 135k well - in my mind at the time i figured the entire market was out of wack and 135k was just too much to pay. market was a bit hot at the time. you figure maybe it will cool. the next year the house was a 250k house. today its a 500k house. go figure my point is price is relative so dont preach FAIR VALUATION. warren buffet insists that it is impossible to determine what FAIR VALUATION is for a tech stock - thats why he avoids them. stay on the right side - whichever side that is Lazarus
