dave-- i was referring to the reg d offering. i have yet to be able to confirm this, and am suprised that it is reg d and not reg s. but, it would not suprise me either way. i am not going to dump, there really is no point at this late date, but i am growing increasingly frustrated. managements silence is another factor. they miss estimates and do nothing. what are they doing to cut costs? last year at this time they said they would be profitable by now. well, how far away are they? i never get a phone call returned and they dont put out anything but masturbatory press releases. it would be nice to see them presenting at a tech conference or something. it would be good to see them actually pay attention to wall street. yes, they still have excellent products, and they will have good sales, but the management team is for shit(pardon the profanity, but it is the only adjective that fully displays my affection for them). my biggest fear is that i will not be able to get out of this one before the management team turns the company into crap. good luck to all, trey
